Instructions to fill online application form for Nursery Admission : –

• Age Criteria:Those born between 1^st October 2019 and 31^st December 2020 are eligible to fill the application form.
• Fill the form in BLOCK letters
• Documents required to upload 

1. Passport size photo of Child (upload size between 50 to 100 KB)
2. Birth Certificate of Child (upload size between 50 to 100 KB)
3. Aadhar card of Child  (if unavailable please upload Parents Aadhar card) (upload size between 50 to 100 KB)
4. Registered email id required
5. Contact number required  
6. Please note any wrong information on the application will amount to disqualification of the form.
7. Incomplete forms will also be rejected.

Steps for Online Admission

• Click on Register tab.
• Fill registration form and upload required documents (Child’s photo, birth certificate, and Aadhar card (if child’s Aadhar card is unavailable then upload parent’s Aadhar card )(upload photo size between 50 to 100KB)).
• Create username and password (please note down username and password as it is required at the time of login while printing the form).
• Mention correct email-Id.
• Click on Show Terms & Conditions
• Click on Please confirm that you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
• Click on Register tab.
• Payment tab will open.
• Pay Form money Rs.200/- Select from the mode of payment given and make payment, also take print of the payment acknowledgment received.
• Once the form is submitted, successful registration message will appear on the screen.
• Download form and take print
